Welcome to Flood Flooring Ltd. The home of Precast Concrete Flooring.

The Flood Group was established in 1938. In 1979 Flood Flooring was set up to market a range of precast concrete products, with precast concrete floors being our specialty. Today, as a result of ongoing research and development, Flood Flooring is now the largest producer of precast concrete flooring in Ireland.

As part of an ongoing expansion plan, Flood Flooring has now established a market in the UK for prestressed wideslab concrete flooring and precast concrete stair units.

Details - Curved steel frame with exposed prestressed wideslab soffits for thermal mass benifits. Spans up to 8m with 100mm wideslab and 125mm structural screed designed for 5.3kN/m2 imposed live loads over 3 levels.

Main Contractor - Kier North West

Details - Steel frame designed composite with 100mm prestressed widerslab and 125mm structural screed to first floor and 100mm structural screed to the roof. Sapns up to 7.6m with exposed soffits for theraml mass.

Main Contractor - Laing O Rourke

Details - Flat slab construction consisting of insitu concrete columns with 75mm reinforced plate and 225mm structural topping. Typical column strips 8m. All precast units cast with edge trim, shear rails, halfin channels/unistruts and hand rail sockets.
